Hi friends, I'm Vanessa! Welcome to Island Cookie Shop.
My love for baking began in my grandparents' kitchen, where some of my favorite childhood memories were made. They taught me that the sweetest part of baking isn't just the cookies; it's the love, laughter, and memories shared around them.
After becoming a wife, a mom to two wonderful little boys, and a registered nurse, I found myself paying closer attention to the ingredients in the foods we bring into our home. I wanted to create cookies that were not only beautiful but thoughtfully made from scratch with quality ingredients and that I could feel proud to share with my own family and yours.
That dream became Island Cookie Shop.
Inspired by the beauty and laid-back charm of Marco Island, every cookie is handcrafted with care and designed to bring people together.
